I am an applied urban economist, with a particular interest in transportation, and broader research interests in environmental economics, firms, and public policy evaluation.

I head the Market and enterprise unit of the Economic Studies Department at INSEE, the French national statistical institute. I am research affiliate with ENSAE-CREST.

My current research focuses on transportation and its environmental impacts, as well as firms' land consumption and land-use intensity. Earlier work evaluated place-based policies, housing subsidies and the effects of rail infrastructure on firms and cities.

Before joining INSEE's Economic Studies Department, I was senior transportation economist at the Transport Statistics Department of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, and head of graduate studies at ENSAE Paris. I hold a PhD in economics from Sciences Po.
